Observer service fails to start

when executed both by the autoinstall and myself it fails to start with an error code of 203. Any help is appreciated.

I'm using it like this, it's working right now. ^^ The problem is the script is not setting the location properly.

@herrwinfried I have downloaded your script, and it does in fact install without errors, but the notifications aren't sent to my computer unfortunately. Thank you for the script tho I can confirm it works for other people who are reading this
