PyData playlists

There are several youtube playlists managed by PyData (https://www.youtube.com/user/PyDataTV/playlists), and it would be nice to keep them in sync with this repo.

For example, YouTube: PyData London 2019 with https://github.com/pyvideo/data/tree/master/pydata-london-2019.

Also things like YouTube: PyData London Meetups are completely missed by this repo (would make #874 irrelevant, not sure if there's a way to add entire playlists).
