Saving default window level and window width

I am doing some annotations with itksnap recently. Since for a set of data I am interested in a same foreground organ, it will be really handy if we can set default window level and window width when opening an image, like setting the default brush size. Wonder if this can be added to this great application. PS: Thanks for the great work creating and maintaining this app!

@linhandev I opened similar ticket on Sourceforge https://sourceforge.net/p/itk-snap/feature-requests/51/ some time ago and I'm really looking forward to any feature that will resolve that issue!
