Issue with opencv-python

Hello dear friends,

I keep on receiving a PR from PyUP for a release which does not exists in PyPI:

• PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/opencv-python/
• Github: https://github.com/skvark/opencv-python/releases

I would also like to highlight that it is quite annoying that PyUP creates a new branch and PR everyday even if another one is already opened for the exact same update:

• PR 1: https://github.com/DEKHTIARJonathan/ManufacturingVisualSecurityKit/pull/101
• PR 2: https://github.com/DEKHTIARJonathan/ManufacturingVisualSecurityKit/pull/102
• PR 3: https://github.com/DEKHTIARJonathan/ManufacturingVisualSecurityKit/pull/103
• PR 4: https://github.com/DEKHTIARJonathan/ManufacturingVisualSecurityKit/pull/104

If I don't immediately merge, PyUP will create a new branch + PR everyday until I merge. In this particular case, it is even more irrevelant because the release PyUP tries to update does not exist...

Maybe it has smthg to do with my configuration ?
