Outdated reader names in some of the notebooks

Some old and outdated reader names are still referred to in some of the notebooks. These need to be updated.

do you know which ones need updates? i can go through the EUMETSAT related ones for sure.

hi, the eum-2019-03 branch was never merged - should i create my branch from there or from master

@ColinDuff See https://github.com/pytroll/pytroll-examples/pull/14 and if everyone is ok with it then we can merge and you can base it off of master. If you want to look at it right now then do it off of master (unless the changes are needed in the 2019 tutorials too).
