Installation on natty x86_64

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. I followed the wiki 2. During the download of http://python-bufr.googlecode.com/svn/apt/pool/main/emos_377-1_amd64.deb I am getting an "incoherent size"...

=> cannot complete installation What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I'm using Ubuntu natty on x86_64. I'm trying the latest version.
