Op info test for `unsafe_split .. view_as`

Fix the Op info test for unsafe_split .. view_as

1. Find the lines 498 to 502 of test_ops.py and remove unsafe_split .. view_as from skip_list
2. Run op_info test with pytest test/test_ops.py
3. Fix the failure.
