Op info test for `triu_indices .. unsafe_chunk`

Fix the Op info test for triu_indices .. unsafe_chunk

1. Find the lines 493 to 497 of test_ops.py and remove triu_indices .. unsafe_chunk from skip_list
2. Run op_info test with pytest test/test_ops.py
3. Fix the failure.
