Op info test for `special.i1 .. special.modified_bessel_i0`

Fix the Op info test for special.i1 .. special.modified_bessel_i0

1. Find the lines 303 to 307 of test_ops.py and remove special.i1 .. special.modified_bessel_i0 from skip_list
2. Run op_info test with pytest test/test_ops.py
3. Fix the failure.
