Op info test for `special.bessel_j0 .. special.chebyshev_polynomial_t`

Fix the Op info test for special.bessel_j0 .. special.chebyshev_polynomial_t

1. Find the lines 293 to 297 of test_ops.py and remove special.bessel_j0 .. special.chebyshev_polynomial_t from skip_list
2. Run op_info test with pytest test/test_ops.py
3. Fix the failure.
