[HUD] Fix paramselector not updating when prev/next page clicked

Sometimes the paramselector doesn't update if you click on the prev page/back button

This fixes that by turning the input into a controlled component https://react.dev/reference/react-dom/components/input#controlling-an-input-with-a-state-variable
