[BUG]ImportError: DLL load failed

I've installed the module on Win11 by cloning it through pip, the installation was done successfully but I can't load the module because of Import Error: DLL load failed.

Can you show how you installed the repo? FYI this is how we install it in our CI https://github.com/pytorch/rl/blob/aad668410b345032cf3571ac23708a797585604a/.circleci/unittest/windows_optdepts/scripts/install.sh

In the attached photo I tried again, but unfortunately got the same error after successfully installed the package. I tried installing it the same way on a windows 10 system, and it worked without a problem. could it be because of installing it in the base mambaforge environment? Although it worked this way on the windows 10 system.

@osalpekar Do we have a windows 11 CI? I guess ours is windows 10

@vmoens Our CI uses Windows 10. Looks like the windows wheels are built on Windows Server 2022. We don't have Windows 11 in the CI atm.

So as I understand it we support windows 10 but there is no real plan on supporting 11 yet :/ I wish I could help but since I do not have access to a windows 11 machine there is very little I can do

Thanks for your time anyways, I'll try a possible bypass by installing the package on WSL.

update: it worked on WSL2 on windows 11.
