Add accelerators to quick start table

  1. Create accelerators dropdown with following options and add it to quick start table:
  • Huawei Ascend
  • Intel Extension for PyTorch
  • Intel Gaudi
  1. Add commands to previous versions section

hi @soumith - does the proposed web site look good to you? https://deploy-preview-1596--pytorch-dot-org-preview.netlify.app/ In brief, we added a new drop-down menu "Accelerators" on the "Compute Platform" tab and the menu contains the newer platforms: "Intel Gaudi", "Intel Extension for PyTorch" and "Huawei Ascend", with instructions how to install them on Linux.
