Missing info on the "PyTorch Foundation PTF"
On this page: https://pytorch.org/docs/master/community/governance.html#faq there is a mention of the PyTorch Foundation, but my internet searches yield no results for what this entity actually is. Does it exist? If so, where can I find it?
I will also open a PR and add a link if someone can point me to where there is more info.
