Publish torch-tb-profiler on conda

Hello, I would like to propose that torch-tb-profiler should be published on conda-forge.
As mentiioned in the official conda documentation, issues can arise when mixing conda and pip dependencies.
In order to prevent such issues, I believe torch-tb-profiler should be published on conda as it is a very popular package management solution for Machine Learning.
