Can you add the Torch FBGEMM version to the requirements. txt file? Torch and fbgem are often incompatible

@imhandsome We'll work on it to highlight the requirement, but could you share the issues? Are you building from scratch or using FBGEMM package? Are you referring to nightly or stable version?

Basically, you should use the same torch version as FBGEMM, meaning torch nightly for fbgemm nightly or torch stable for fbgemm stable with the same cuda version. There shouldn't be any compatibility issues here. I think we also have the validation check upon building/installing the package.
