Add flag to control use cudagraph or not
Summary: When doing the benchmark on the TMA FP8 kernel (D58656793), i saw the cudagrah issue,
desc_a = torch.tensor(desc_a, device="cuda")
RuntimeError: CUDA error: operation not permitted when stream is capturing
Device-side assertion tracking was not enabled by user.
Add a click option to bypass the issue first
