Allow to personnalize the social network sharing default texts per-petition

Today when you click on "share on twitter" or other social network, it opens the social network and auto-fills a new "message" to be published. This message is for now a default one that cannot be changed by-petition. It is hard-coded.

We should allow petition creators to set their own messages.
