Add ability to specify a custom youtube title/description template for each ScheduleItem

Sometimes talk descriptions are too long or we want to have a custom description for e.g. the opening and closing. We should update our youtube upload code to check if the schedule item has a custom title/description template or fallback to the conference generic template if not
