Start serving the BE under the conference hostname

Right now, our admin is using a shared-based hostname. As part of this ticket we should change the approach so that the admin is available under each conference hostname. For example going to 2024.pycon.it/admin would open the admin under that hostname.

This is step 1 of a wider project of only showing that conference data under that hostname
