Deactivating doesn't delete account from Database

Things that needs to resolved: 1). Upon deactivating an account,there is no ability to reactivate the account.Maybe upon login in again can do the trick(similar to facebook). 2).Prompt message needs to shown to confirm action upon deactivating account.
