Removes Python2.7 from travis.yml in order to drop support for tests for Python2.7

@palnabarun PR for dropping Python2.7 support in CI. This can be steered without the other changes, request you to review this and merge. Also, do you guys have any communication channel?

@onlinejudge95 -- We are not yet removinng Python 2.7 support from the CI, because our production environment is running on Python 2.7. Currently, I am migrating the infrastructure to newer Python version. Whenever that happens, the support will be removed.
