junction Make Wiki page for adding Devsprints

Devsprints are different from regular Proposals as it's open for everyone who are a maintainer of an Open Source Project. There should be a Wiki page for adding Devsprints where maintainers can add a project he/she wants to propose for the Sprint

@dishantsethi The feature is pretty straight forward as the title. You need to make an editable wiki page. Logged in users should be able to edit the description of the wiki and add a project in the description field. Also the history of the wiki edits should be maintained. So that we can revert to any version when required.

@dishantsethi Are you working in this issue ? @pythonindia/pycon-2019-team We should prioritize this issue now. This is actually been needed for a long time. Is there any possibility to add this feature to junction this year ?
