Filtering by category for "Proposals To Review" does not work

When I try to review a section by selecting it from drop-down, no results come.

@ChillarAnand Can you look into it? Also, Proposal Section displays all the sections rather showing sections pertaining to the conference?

It will show only relevant sections.

In the @pythonhacker's screenshot, proposal sections are not showing up. Can you check if proposal section reviewers are created correctly?
