Update `rubyzip` version

Hello @pythonicrubyist 👋 First of all, thank you for this nice gem!

I would like to use this gem, but it conflicts rubyzip dependency with other gem like docx. So, could you update rubyzip dependency? 🙏

I checked that all tests pass.
