Emacs 29.1 reported an error when loading the pyenv module

I believe this fix is correct but I'm no Elisp expert.

Thanks for submitting this. It indeed does need a type, but it is not a string. it is form that is evaluated by the modeline. Using :type 'sexp should cover it.
