Fixes exception mentioned in https://github.com/geohot/tinygrad/issues/687#issue-1620209645 now fails at https://github.com/geohot/tinygrad/blob/cbc5a7222aca61f5378465e6b9e1bb678b4affa5/examples/llama.py#L254-L255

https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stablelm-base-alpha-3b/tree/main Looks like 3B is 14.7GB, and if I understand correctly, it's supposed to be f16. Even with f32, it should be about 11.2G. With f16, 5.6G. Am I missing...

Remove numpy from deps & some fixes

Using numpy for a few functions seems quite excessive, I replaced it python lists. Also some bugfixes

Remove uppercase from command name?

Term commands are usually all lowercase, so might be better to rename to `flippercmd` or `flipper-cmd`?
