Bug: <title>News Letter Subscription form is not working

Describe the bug

After adding the information in the form, when I am clicking on the subscribe button it's not working (Nothing is happening by clicking on the button). I have reloaded the page multiple times but the issue still persists.

To Reproduce

1. Go to "https://www.python.org/psf/newsletter/"
2. Fill the Form
3. Click the "Subscribe" Button
4. Error " It will not work"

Expected behavior

After Clicking on the "Subscribe" button, I should get subscribed to the newsletter and see some kind of confirmation message.
