Bug: sponsor application form is not found and the PSF Sponsorship Prospectus is not there.

Describe the bug

1.) When I click on the sponsor application it redirects to page where it shows file not found 2.) When clicking to download a copy for PSF Sponsorship Prospectus ,there is no file present.

To Reproduce

1. Go to page
2. Click on the button sponsor application.
3. Will redirected to page which say file not found!.
4. Go to page
5. In this page,go down and find the PSF Sponsorship Prospectus
6. when clicked it,it redirect to dropbox,where file is not present

Expected behavior

Scholarship form and prospectus file should be present.

2. Click on the button sponsor application.

When I log in, I see this page is an unpublished draft, which is why is shows as a 404. But:

These pages are https://www.python.org/psf/sponsorship-old/ -- the old in the URL makes me think we should unpublish it and add a redirect to https://www.python.org/psf/sponsorship/ instead?

Hey! @hugovk when I searched about sponsor in the search box, it fetched out some data, in the first one below screenshot attached when clicked, was redirected to that page! clicked on the highlighted part

Thanks for the offer! We don't normally assign issues, and I think most of this needs fixing in the content management system which only those with access can do.
