POC: restructure app

Description

  • Makes the top level more manageable by moving the application inside a directory
  • Moves most ./templates/$APP/ into their respective homes ./app/$APP/templates/ for ease of use
  • Moves requirements into a requirements/ dir for more top level clean up

This is working mostly except for celery but is a POC/fun thing, may not even be used
