Update https://psfmember.org/ to include sliding scale membership

Describe the bug "Your donation of $99 USD or more makes you a PSF Supporting Member for 12 months." should read "Your donation of $99 USD or participate in the sliding scale supporting membership of $25 USD or more makes you a PSF Supporting Member for 12 months."

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Sign up at https://psfmember.org/

Expected behavior

  • include sliding scale membership

I'm a little wary of crowding up the landing page. If you click on "Join the PSF!", the next page does introduce the sliding scale. Would it would be better to take out the dollar amount and just say "Your donation makes you a PSF Supporting Member for 12 months. Click 'Join the PSF' for details." or some such?
