Job Board - add additional email field

From the feedback I've received from various people posting jobs to the board, it would seem that it appears to not always be desirable to have an email displayed and as it's a required field - they put something generic in which can be fun when it's just an auto-reply box. A lot more people are using job site application links and stating they'd rather not (or will not accept) applications from candidates via email.

This feature request is:

• There should be an additional email address available on a per job post basis.
• Only if this is populated "E-mail contact" should show on the job page.

This has the following benefits:

• If there's no email address then the candidate cannot possibly try to reach out that way.
• It hides the employers actual account email.
• The employer can use multiple email contacts on a job per job to help them filter.
• Bots gathering emails etc from the site which happen to be an employer's personal email etc...
