Olivia Sauls answered a query by email having spoken with Ee and apparently it's wanted I initially open a ticket to discuss the above request.

It's mostly to get an overall idea of frequency of posts and what categories and locations as well as agencies that post a lot (and possibly to a level that's a little unfair if they post 10 in short space of each other etc...).

At its most basic - I imagine it'd just be the output from dumpdata jobs /cc @ewdurbin
