Describe the solution you'd like

• Filter sponsorship by benefit, Sortable/searchable by benefit included on sponsorships page the way we can filter by status and package
• For sponsorships, filter by arbitrary benefit exists, named “Email Targetable Benefit” - renaming this

Reason for change

• Easier for admin to filter by benefit to see a full list of which sponsors are receiving each benefit
• Helps with tracking benefit fulfillment and deliverables
