Consider setting up machine translation

There is no option to have machine translations as suggestions in Transifex as of today. I see two options to go forward with it:

• change workflow: start fetching only reviewed messages, translate all Polish resources with machine translation, manually set all project members to reviewers, review and edit the messages;
• switch to Weblate, which allows machine translations as suggestions.

Machine translation is enabled on Transifex now. It will be available on Weblate as well.
