Add doc for Koyeb deployment

Hi there,

I created this PR to add a new documentation guide to the website. It's a new deployment guide covering how to deploy websockets on Koyeb. I took care to make sure it is in line with the existing deployment guides.

I am open to any feedback or suggestions you may have to improve this! 😊
