TTL support in Streamz

Automated TTL (Time-To-Live) will help a lot in streaming pipelines to expire SDF records based on a field to avoid growing the SDF forever. Common use case is expire based on an event. It would be good to have a way for devs where they can define TTL based on custom event Type.

How is this different to a time-based window operation?

I would appreciate if you could give some examples of the functionality as you would expect to use it.
