Forgot Password view?

AFAIK currently social-app-django provides only login flows. It would be awesome to have it extended to provide as well forgotpassword flows as well and redirecting users to, depending on the backend, appropriate endpoints with all required request parameters in place

I guess this implementation needs to happen in both social-core and social-app-django. So if you want to have the ticket open in social-core I can open one as well there.
