It would be nice to be able to install ropemacs the same way I get the rest of my Emacs packages these days.

This is probably a prerequisite: https://github.com/pinard/Pymacs/issues/45

Patches are very welcome, I have no idea about Emacs myself and I have never ever prepared MELP package.
