Put .gitignore in ropefolder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Rope creates a folder inside the project folder which I think shouldn't be picked up by version control.

Describe the solution you'd like I've seen some other coding tools put a .gitignore containing * into their project local data folder.

Describe alternatives you've considered Since people can just update their own .gitignore, I think it would only be a slight convenience improvement.
