I use both bokeh and plotly to run advection solver. So far, you can zoom in the plot and drag it with the animation running at the same time. For plotly, it runs into an issue that for every step of evolution, it opens a new tab but this doesn't happen in bokeh on my end. However, when the professor runs both of them, this issue happened in both plotly and bokeh.
