Script Title - Custom Image Tagger Tool

Brief - I wanted to add in a small lightweight image annotator which rather than focusing on creating bounding boxes just gives a heading to an image. Rather than heavy tools like CVAT this could be useful for just giving simple headings like cats/dogs and later saved in a csv file. This would be useful for annotation tasks for dataset creation for machine learning.
