Add a more centered invite link

Some users and I have mentioned that the invite link on the website is a bit hard to get to. Since the site is made to go along with the discord server, it would make sense to make the invite link easier to get to.

As it is right now, when you get to the home page on a computer, the invite link is in the top right:

This might be a little harder to see because you are immediately drawn towards the Summer Code Jam art (which looks amazing 😄 ), as opposed to the top right corner where the invite link is.

The other reason this might be a good idea is that on mobile it is also not very easy to get to:

To get to it, you must go to the menu and then clicked the invite. This isn't very apparent for most users. When I mentioned this in #meta, @lemonsaurus and @SebastiaanZ mentioned that a new invite could go under the Who are we? which I think would be good.

The main thing, is that it might be worth putting the invite anywhere more centered.

We should edit and update this issue, since it has screenshots of a very old version of the site. The idea is still good, though. Maybe we can put an invite widget of some kind under the video on our current landing page?

Since we have a Who are we section in the landing page, why not have a Join us one as well ? That's pretty straightforward IMO, if someone likes who we are, then they'd want to join us for sure ( because we're the hottest python community, of course ), so I think it makes sense to have it as a "follow-up" link.

This section would then where people can find and join us pretty easily.

A good place to add a new invite link might be on the border, central between the introduction and event cards and the who are we section, or a prominent button around the who are we section.
