Add a BlackJack game where a member can play against Sir-Lancebot

Description

So my idea was to add a BlackJack game where the user can do !blackjack to start the game against Sir-Lancebot (which will be the dealer), the member is going to start with 5000 chips and he will bet a amount of chips for a round, he can save up these chips and buy a few perks for other game ideas I had (which will be in other issue requests). Those perks would be something similar like "chip booster 15%" and similar perks. And maybe (with some help) we could also make player vs player and a dealer for this game.

Reasoning

It would bring more fun to the bot command channels and people can enjoy playing with each others, who doesn't like some gaming once a while :)

Proposed Implementation

When !blackjack is ran the bot will send an embed, starting to deal out the cards from a shuffled 52 deck one by one by editing/updating the same message, the member will be then able to react to two reactions "stay" or "hit".

Would you like to implement this yourself?

I would like to implement most of the game itself by myself but I would need some help when it comes to implementing it specifically to the needs of sir-lancebot
