Change message sent based on how a help channel was closed

There are three ways a help channel can be closed:

  • A user closes it either via running !close or by using the discord right-click context menu
  • It gets closed by our bot after 1 hour of inactivity
  • A moderator closes it via !close

The Pitch

I think it would be helpful to have different closing messages based on the method of how it was closed. The two main messages I think would be useful are:

  • A user closes it: Send a short and sweet message that says the user (or a moderator) closed the help thread. This would let other people know it was closed by the user/a mod (which is useful in the case where it was closed via the discord right-click context).
  • It times out: Send a message saying it was closed due to it being timed out. Include a link to how to ask good questions and say that the user can open a new help thread if they still need help. This would be similar to the current message but also explicitly say that it was timed out due to an hour of inactivity (which would help answer some of the current questions we get when help channels close).
