Display output failure message in insertion order of dictionary
Closes #13503. This PR updates the failure message formatting to respect the original order of dictionary keys, instead of sorting them alphabetically.
Changes made:
Common items shared by both dictionaries are now shown in the order they appear in the left dictionary. Items unique to each dictionary are displayed in the order they originally appear in their respective dictionaries.
