color of percentage on warning is green with `-v`

The color of the percentage will differ depending on the outcome of a test, where it's green if passing, yellow if warning, and red if erroring. except on warning + -v, where the percentage will still be green. Presumably because PASSED is still green and treated as fully succesful. So maybe PASSED should also be yellow (if test has warnings), and/or replaced with WARNING
