Lone v2.0.0 GitHub release

https://github.com/pytest-dev/iniconfig/releases has a single v2.0.0 "unicode maniac" release but v2.1.0 is not released there.

This means GitHub will show this on the repo frontpage:

IMHO either that issue should get deleted, or v2.1.0 and future releases should also be turned into GitHub releases.
