接口返回： {'code': 0, 'msg': "Service unavailable from a restricted location according to 'b. " "Eligibility' in https://www.binance.com/en/terms. Please contact " 'customer service if you believe you received this message in error.' } 改怎么解决呢？我查了一遍好像是某些地区禁止使用官方api

别用VPN，用香港的ECS吧

你可以用PyCharm连接远端服务器的Python解释器，这样也可以很方便本地调试。
