ENH: Enable URLs to applications for Windows Terminal.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

#172 adds URLs to task ids. Unfortunately, Windows Terminal does not support URLs to applications like vscode:// neither does any other Windows solution.

Wait until the this issue has been fixed: https://github.com/microsoft/terminal/issues/8849.
